A Process Built Around Your Outcome — Not Our Convenience

Most studios make their process complicated because complexity feels impressive. At Uxearly, the process is clear because clarity produces better work. You always know what’s happening, what comes next, what you need to provide, and what you’ll receive at every stage.

This is how every Uxearly project runs — from the first message to the moment your site goes live & beyond.

Six Stages. One Consistent Standard. Every Uxearly project — whether it's a Webflow build, a custom React application, a brand identity, or a PPC campaign

Discovery — Understanding Before Building

What happens: A focused 30–60 minute conversation — by video call across any timezone — where we cover everything that matters before a single pixel is placed or a line of code is written.

Proposal — Scope, Timeline and Pricing in Writing

What happens: Within 48 hours of the discovery call, you receive a written proposal. Not a vague quote. A proper document — covering exactly what will be delivered, in what order, by what dates, and at what price.

Strategy & Architecture — The Blueprint Before the Build

What happens: Once the proposal is approved and the project begins, we go deeper before we go forward. This stage is where the strategic foundation is laid — the decisions that everything else depends on.

Design & Development — Where the Work Gets Made

What happens: This is the longest stage and the one where Uxearly's craft is most visible. Every deliverable is built to the standard established in the strategy stage — no deviation without discussion, no creative decisions made without grounding them in your goals.

Review & Launch — Nothing Goes Live Until It's Right

What happens: Before launch, every deliverable goes through a structured quality check. For websites, this means performance testing (Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed, mobile responsiveness), cross-browser testing, SEO foundations check (meta tags, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt), form and integration testing, and a final walkthrough with you.

Post-Launch — The Work Doesn't Stop at Launch

What happens: Going live is not the finish line. It's the starting line. In the week after launch, I monitor performance, catch anything that needs adjusting, and make sure the site or campaign is behaving as intended in a live environment.

Why Clients Choose Uxearly's Approach

One person, start to finish. You work directly with Saad Hasnain throughout — not a project manager who briefs a designer who briefs a developer. The person who understands your goals from the discovery call is the same person building the final product. Nothing is lost in translation.

Decisions made in 24 hours, not 24 days. There are no internal approval chains at Uxearly. When a decision needs to be made, it’s made — and communicated to you clearly. Most client questions are answered on the same business day.

Timelines that are met. Timelines in the proposal are commitments, not suggestions. If something changes — on either side — it’s communicated immediately. You will never be left wondering where your project is.

Pricing with no surprises. The price in the proposal is the price you pay. Any additional scope requested after the project begins is scoped, priced and approved before it’s started. There are no surprise invoices.

Feedback that’s acted on, not debated. Your feedback is listened to and implemented. If there’s a strong creative or strategic reason to push back on a direction, I’ll explain it clearly and let you decide. The client always has the final word.

How Long Does a Project Take?

No-code website (Webflow, Framer, WordPress): Simple sites (3–5 pages): 2–3 weeks. Standard sites (6–12 pages): 3–5 weeks. Complex builds with custom animations and CMS: 5–8 weeks.

Custom-coded website (React / Next.js): Standard marketing site: 4–6 weeks. Complex application with CMS integrations: 6–10 weeks. Large-scale multi-market build: 10–16 weeks.

Brand identity: Logo and core brand marks: 1–2 weeks. Full brand system with guidelines document: 2–4 weeks.

PPC campaign setup: Google Ads or Meta Ads from scratch: 1–2 weeks. LinkedIn Ads B2B campaign: 1–2 weeks. Ongoing management starts immediately after launch.

These timelines assume: Timely client feedback within agreed review windows. Assets (copy, images, existing brand files) provided on time. No major scope changes after sign-off.

Frequently Asked Questions

The simplest way to start is to fill in the project brief at uxearly.com/contact or send an email to hello@uxearly.com. Alternatively, book a free 30-minute discovery call directly from the contact page. All enquiries are read personally by Saad Hasnain and replied to within 24 hours on business days.

No. A rough idea is enough to start the conversation. Many of the best projects begin with a single sentence — “I need a website for my Dubai real estate business” or “I want to run Google Ads for my US e-commerce brand.” The brief gets built properly in the discovery stage.

Every deliverable includes two structured rounds of revisions as standard. For most projects this is more than sufficient. Additional revision rounds are available at an agreed rate if required.

Post-launch support is available either as a monthly retainer or on an ad-hoc basis. Site updates, content changes, new features, campaign optimisation — all available. Pricing for ongoing support is confirmed at the time of the project proposal.

Yes. Uxearly regularly collaborates with in-house marketing teams, content writers, photographers and other specialists. If you have existing team members or agency relationships you want to keep, the process is designed to accommodate that. Just flag it in the discovery call.

Yes. Uxearly regularly works with clients in the UAE (GST), the USA (EST, PST), the UK (GMT), Canada (EST, PST) and Spain (CET). Discovery calls and project meetings are scheduled across all of these timezones. Most project communication happens asynchronously — which means timezone differences rarely cause delays.

The standard payment structure is 50% to start the project and 50% on completion. For longer projects, milestone-based payments are available — typically split across three or four stages. All payment terms are confirmed in writing in the proposal. Payments accepted via bank transfer in USD, GBP, AED, CAD or EUR.

Scope changes are handled transparently. Any requested addition to the original scope is discussed, scoped and priced before work begins on it. Nothing is added to the project — or to the invoice — without your explicit approval.
