You'll work alongside strategists, UX designers, developers, and project managers to transform ideas into polished, conversion-focused websites. From discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and design systems, you'll own the visual direction of projects while ensuring every design is user-centered, accessible, and development-ready.

• 4+ years of professional UI/Web Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern website and product design.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Design Systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience creating responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Ability to design websites with accessibility and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or modern frontend workflows.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to communicate design decisions confidently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Design premium marketing websites and digital products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Build scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct competitor research and UX audits.
• Improve user journeys to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Create responsive layouts across all devices.
• Maintain design consistency across multiple projects.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
