All services provided by Uxearly are subject to agreed pricing outlined in project proposals or invoices. Payment terms will be communicated before the project begins. Depending on the project, payments may be required as an upfront deposit, milestone payments, or full payment before delivery.
Failure to complete payments according to agreed terms may result in suspension of services or delayed project delivery. Uxearly reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until all payments have been completed.
Refund policies may vary depending on the type of service and the stage of project completion. Generally, payments made for completed work or services already delivered are non-refundable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all design files, code, branding assets, and digital deliverables created by Uxearly remain the intellectual property of Uxearly until the client has completed all required payments.
Once full payment has been received, ownership rights for the final deliverables may be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. However, Uxearly retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content.
Clients must ensure that any materials they provide for projects are legally owned or licensed for use.
Some services provided by Uxearly may involve third-party platforms, tools, or software including content management systems, advertising platforms, analytics services, or hosting providers.
Uxearly is not responsible for the policies, service availability, pricing changes, or technical issues associated with third-party platforms. Clients agree that the use of such platforms is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Either Uxearly or the client may terminate a project or service agreement under certain circumstances, including breach of terms, non-payment, or failure to cooperate during the project process.
If a project is terminated, clients may still be responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date.
Uxearly reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised on this page.
